2022 - 2023 Rates
Weekly rate is $3,185 for up to 4 guests, and $455 for each additional night. Stays of 3 to 6 nights are $495 per night.
Guests #5 and #6 are an additional $25 per person per night.
Cleaning Fee is $250.
Rates are subject to 4.71% Hawaii excise tax and 13.25% Hawaii room tax. No booking fee is charged.
We accept credit cards using PayPal for a 2.9% fee (USA) and 4.4% (international).

* Over 6 months prior to arrival date
25% of full rental amount + tax
* 1 to 6 months prior to arrival date
50% of full rental amount + tax

Cancellation refunds: 100% at least 60 days before check-in; 50% between 30 and 60 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in date. No compensation or refunds for Covid-19, weather, ocean, or beach conditions beyond owner’s control.
Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, not wheelchair accessible.
Check in time: 3 PM - Check out time: 10 AM
No early check-in or late check-out.

Conditions: At Hale Moana we are witness to the impressive and fascinating interaction of land and sea. The shoreline may dramatically change from summer to winter, year to year. The tides, currents, waves and wind are constantly rearranging the beach, and sand levels will vary significantly and unpredictably over time.The North Shore is known world wide for its dramatic winter surf. Be aware that swimming in most places during big wave season is best left to experts and children should be closely supervised.
In the tropics insect encounters are inevitable and an occasional intruder will penetrate our barrier of screens and
regular professional pest control services.
